- What is acupressure?

- One size fits all?

gently pressure in the middle of the first joint of the pinky finger of the left hand, see Fig 1. below. In some rare cases it must be worn on the right hand but that is rare.
Too tight? Stretch the ring apart till desired size is achieved. Too lose? Squeeze together until proper
fit is achieved. It's made tough so a little effort might be required to stretch or shrink. It will fit, trust me.
- How long will our Ring last?
The Dream Sleep Ring will last until you loan it away and don't get it back. Seriously there are no moving parts,

- What if I have sleep apnea or a medical condition that causes the snoring??
Sleep apnea is a serious medical condition. A physician should be consulted for evaluation and treatment.

- Where does it go?
