Will I notice a reduction in snoring the first time I use it?

or other medical problems, then try again.

Will this work if I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea?
It is not recommended for the treatment of sleep apnea. A physician should be consulted for the evaluation and
treatment of sleep apnea. It is meant for mild or occasional snoring, like after the big game.
Can I use it if I have a health condition and in conjunction with medications?

Instructions for use
• It is not advisable to wear the ring during waking hours as maximum benefit is desired while you are asleep
• The ring should be placed on the little finger of the left hand 30 mins before you plan on retiring to bed
• The terminal should be positioned on the underneath of the little finger halfway between the knuckle and the middle joint

• In rare cases the ring can be tried on the right little finger if desired results aren't achieved after 7 to 10 days
• Gently squeeze and tighten the ring so that you are aware of a pressure on the finger
• Do NOT over tighten the ring as it is unnecessary and will feel uncomfortable
• Trial and error will determine the right pressure for you and the most effective position of the terminals on the little
finger
• The beneficial effects of the ring may take several days to develop although many people report an immediate effect
